다리 밑 공간이 버려진 장소가 되기 쉬운 이유는, 그 곳에서 하늘을 체험할 수 없기 때문이다. Under the clouds 에서는 한강 다리 아래, 하늘을 이루는 요소인 구름을 채워 넣어 이용객들에게 비일상적인 공간을 경험하도록 한다. 뿐만 아니라 끈과 손잡이로 이루어진 머리위의 구름은 단순한 수동적 체험을 넘어 더욱 활동적이고 적극적인 행위의 장을 제공한다.

The reason why the space under the bridge is likely to be abandoned is that people cannot experience the sky in there. At the ‘Under the Clouds’, fill the cloud under the Han river's bridge, to let visitors experience an unusual space. In addition, clouds on the head, with ropes and handles, provide unique and vibrant activity beyond monotonous passive experiences.
